Invitation for Quotations – Servicing Air Conditioners at Masjidul Moosa Ali and Masjidul Thauba

Hanimaadhoo Council is seeking a party to service the air conditioners installed at MasjidulMoosaAli and MasjidulThauba.

Interested parties are requested to submit their quotations to Hanimaadhoo Council no later than 1:00PMonWednesday,10June2026. When submitting quotations, please take note of the following requirements:

Scope of Work

• Inspect, clean, and service the indoor and outdoor units of all air conditioners. (Details of the air conditioners are attached to this announcement.)

• If any air conditioner requires repairs and refrigerant gas refilling, the necessary repairs and gas refilling shall be carried out.

Quotation Requirements

• Separate quotations must be submitted for each mosque (a total of two quotations).

• Quotations will only be accepted from businesses registered with the MinistryofEconomicDevelopmentandTrade.

• The quotation must clearly indicate separate prices for:

  • Cleaning and servicing air conditioners;

  • Repair works; and

  • Refrigerant gas refilling services.

• The quotation should also clearly state the total time required to complete all works.
