An agreement has been signed with Arutha Investment following an announcement seeking a party to supply a compactor lorry to the Hanimaadhoo Council.
The agreement was signed by the President of the Council on behalf of the Hanimaadhoo Council, while a senior official signed on behalf of Arutha Investment.
Key Project Details:
Total Project Value: MVR 1,065,000/- (one million sixty-five thousand Maldivian Rufiyaa).
Purpose: Collecting waste generated from households and businesses in Hanimaadhoo, compacting it, and transporting it to the Waste Management Centre.
Benefits: Strengthening the island's waste management system and ensuring waste transportation is carried out faster and in an environmentally friendly manner.
Under this agreement, the lorry will be supplied and handed over to the Hanimaadhoo Council within the designated timeframe.
